COACHING
Coaching is a space to pause and calmly look at what is happening in your life, work or relationships.
It is not about ready-made answers or someone telling you what to do. A conversation can help you name the situation more clearly, see it from another perspective, recognise your own needs and turn reflection into concrete steps.
In 1:1 work, attentiveness, a partnership-based relationship and space to speak openly are important to me — even when not everything is clear yet.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
01 · Conversation
We begin with what you are bringing and what is important to you at that moment.
02 · Looking at the topic
Together we organise the topic, questions, needs and possible perspectives.
03 · The next step
At the end, we look for what you want to take away from the session and which next step makes sense for you.
IMPORTANT
Coaching does not provide ready-made answers.
It is a space to look independently at what is important to you and to make your own decisions. If the topic you bring requires psychological, psychotherapeutic or medical support, coaching does not replace such support.
Sometimes it is enough to pause
and take a good look at what comes next.
