MENTORING
Mentoring is a relationship in which a mentor’s experience can become a point of reference for someone who wants to develop in a particular area.
Unlike coaching, mentoring may include sharing personal experience, perspective, lessons from specific situations and practical ways of approaching challenges.
It is not about a ready-made instruction. It is important to me that the mentor’s experience serves as material for conversation, rather than replacing your own way of thinking and decision-making.

HOW WE WORK
01 · Your topic
We begin with a specific situation, question or area you want to develop.
02 · Conversation and perspective
We look at the situation and, where helpful, I share my own experience and approaches I have learned through my professional work.
03 · Putting it into practice
We look for approaches you can use in your reality — at work, in relationships or everyday life.
MENTORING AND COACHING
Two different forms of work that can complement each other.
In coaching, the starting point is primarily your perspective, questions and your own search for solutions. In mentoring, in addition to conversation, you can also draw on the mentor’s experience and perspective.
If you are not sure which form better suits your situation, an initial conversation can be a good moment to work it out together.
Experience can be the beginning
of a good conversation.
