2. What personal data may be processed

In connection with using the website and Pracownia JA services, we may process personal data provided by the user, in particular:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • telephone number, if provided,
  • the content of a message sent through the contact form,
  • data provided when registering for an event or another activity offered by Pracownia JA.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

Personal data may be processed in particular for the purpose of:

  • responding to a message sent through the contact form,
  • handling an event registration,
  • contacting a person interested in the Pracownia JA offer,
  • taking action at the request of a person before entering into a contract or performing a concluded contract,
  • complying with legal obligations imposed on the Controller,
  • pursuing or defending against potential claims.

Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b), (c), (f) or (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

4. Contact form

If the user uses the contact form, the provided data will be used to handle the enquiry and provide a response.

Providing data marked as required is necessary to handle the submitted enquiry. Providing other data is voluntary.

5. Event registrations

If registration for an event organised by Pracownia JA is available through the website, the data provided during registration will be processed to handle the registration, contact the participant and organise the event.

If participation in an event requires a contract, processing the data may be necessary to perform it.

6. Data retention period

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and then for the period required by law or until the limitation periods for potential claims expire.

For data provided solely for contact purposes, the data may be deleted after correspondence ends, if further retention is not justified by law or another legitimate purpose.

7. Data recipients

Personal data may be shared with entities that support the Controller in operating the website and the activities of Pracownia JA, only to the extent necessary to fulfil specific purposes.

Such entities may include, in particular, providers of hosting, email and technical services, as well as accounting or legal service providers, where necessary.

8. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, except where this results from using a provider that carries out such processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has, to the extent provided by the GDPR, in particular the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectification of data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for personal data protection, if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the GDPR.

The supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

11. Cookies

The Pracownia JA website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for proper operation of the website, security and correct display of the site.

The site currently does not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or advertising tools such as Meta Pixel.

If additional analytics, marketing or functional technologies analityczne, marketingowe lub funkcjonalne, informacje na ich temat will be added accordingly.

12. Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is generally voluntary. However, it may be necessary to use certain website functions, in particular the contact form or event registration.

13. Data security

The Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or other unlawful processing.

14. Changes to the privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically, in particular when website functionality changes, the way data is processed or applicable laws change.
