Breath · Sound · Coaching

In my work with another person, it is important to me that mindfulness, experience and curiosity about the other person come together. I accompany people who need to pause, hear themselves better and find their own path to change.

I graduated in medical analytics from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika. In 2018, I completed postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching – Methods and Practice.

For more than 14 years, I also worked as a Technical and Sales Advisor and Product Manager for fire and rescue equipment, gaining extensive experience in working with clients, leading product trainings with certifications, advising on solutions, product responsibility and building long-term relationships.

I am currently studying psychology at Uniwersytet WSB Merito in Toruń, deepening my knowledge of people, their emotions, relationships and ways of functioning.

For several years I have also been developing my practice of breathwork and sound. I am currently completing the Breath Practice and have completed Sound Healing training.

In 2025, I completed the program Sound Healing in Sound of Himalaya, and in 2026, the advanced program Meditation and Sound Healing Training – Advanced Levelat Lotus Mindfulness and Relaxation Services in Kathmandu, Nepal.

For me, breath and sound are ways to create a space where one can slow down, turn attention inward and briefly step away from the everyday rush.

At Pracownia JA, I bring together experience from different areas — coaching, psychology, breathwork and sound — leaving space for what the other person needs at that moment.

MOTTO“Love and compassion.”

Coaching · mentoring · breath · sound

I have worked with people for many years, supporting them in growth, communication and conscious change. For more than 10 years I worked as a leader and manager in an international environment, where an important part of my work was not only managing tasks, but above all working with people — their needs, development, communication and collaboration.

This experience made me increasingly interested not only in what we achieve, but also in how we function along the way. How we talk to ourselves and others. How we set boundaries. How we deal with change. And how we can stay connected with ourselves even when the pace of life and work is high.

I graduated in computer science from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika and completed postgraduate studies at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego. In 2017, I completed the Manager Competencies Academy, and in 2018 postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching – Methods and Practice.

I also develop my coaching and mentoring experience through many years of volunteering in the Career Boost and Career Turn programs of Fundacja Stella Virium. As part of these programs, I lead workshops on coaching and mentoring, assertiveness and communication, as well as individual 1:1 sessions.

Another important area of my path became breath and sound. For several years I have practised breathwork and work with singing bowls. In 2025, I completed the Sound Healing in Sound of Himalaya, and in 2026 another training in Sound Healing at Lotus Mindfulness and Relaxation Services.

Today I combine these experiences in a way that allows me to look at a person more broadly — on one side through conversation, coaching and mentoring, and on the other through breath, mindfulness and sound.

It is not about ready-made answers. It is more about creating conditions in which you can slow down, hear yourself and see which direction you truly want to take.
